Full spool on most of the low PSI kits on here are hitting at about 2500rpm.
Only difference between these turbo's and the VW ones is we aren't running out of steam in the top end.
Do you know how bad it feels to be in a gti/a4/speed3 that falls flat on its face at 4000 rpm?!
When you hit peak power at 4000rpm it is all downhill from there, some cars are worse than others.
For a commuter car like a a4 sure this is more acceptable but for a perfomance/sports car this is certainly not a desired trait.
Sure if you used a tiny turbo you could get peak power at 2000 rpm but you would tail off power on the top end quite a bit once the turbo becomes a restriction.
