I'll add to your 14 psi, motor mounts, watch out for the rear axles, watch out for tranny long term and a lot of other small details that start to surface.
I say the TOP END for this car as far as reliability for 100K's of miles is 8 psi, or around 300 HP. To allow some margin, 5-6 psi should be great for long term reliability. Of coruse, this with a caveat that it all depends how much and in what way you use your car
Edit: Also, I believe after 8 psi you need bigger injectors. Anyways... I'll go with AVO as long as the price is right. I NEED to keep my car as stock as possible. Can't take much chances with my DD.
