Just pick up a mini add-a-circuit (aka add-a-fuse) http://www.parts-express.com/pe/show...number=071-585 from your local auto parts store, amazon, ebay, etc.

Pick any existing 10AMP fuse in your fusebox, pull it out, plug in two 10AMP fuses to the add-a-circuit. Plug the add-a-circuit into the now-empty fuse receptacle. Now you have a spare power lead that is protected by its own fuse. Run your camera wire to that, and ground it to any bolt near the fuse box (there's one conveniently right in front of the box towards the firewall).
