You are 100% going to have to get something else, sadly! (in reference to adult passengers)
Our beloved cars will not "really" accomodate small children in the rear! Realistically speaking from experience... If you had one 5 ft person up front and they scooted their seat unaturally forward, then another person of the same height could fit behind them. You sure as hell would not want to be involved in a crash with this set up! Good luck!
