Pulleys werent big on evos because of 2 things, first that power was cheap to get so no need to do the N/A standard type mods. Second there is a large amt of uncertainty about the compatibility of high stress power addes (i.e. forced induction) working well with pulleys. A lot of people believe that they are a contributing factor in massive engine failure due to a lack of harmonic dampening combined with the massive increase in forces on the engine at higher power ranges.

Its very uncommon on high output FI engines to see pulleys for what its worth. And there isnt really anything to tune for them, since they dont affect air fuel ratios. They reduce external weight on the engine rather than directly improving efficiency of the ignition cycle.
