Plan on a bit over an hour after getting a buddy to help you out with both, assuming you have all the tools at hand. I'd strongly recommend getting a
Grimmspeed pulley tool to remove your crank pulley even with a MT car. The pulley kept moving on me when trying to break the pulley bolt loose with a large breaker bar with the car in 6th and ebrake yanked. Use the long thin bolts with that tool and buddy holding a second 1/2" breaker bar and you'll be able to break it loose with a 2 or 3 foot breaker bar.
The intake you could do yourself but if you want to remove the stock intake snorkel you'll need your buddy to hold the bumper back after unbolting the top portion. Have them hold the section nearest the passenger headlight up enough to GENTLY pull/wiggle/maneuver the snorkel out after using an open ended wrench to remove the two bolts holding it on.
