This is from last weekend. Car was bone stock other than front crash bolts. I'm at 5500ft above sea level so if the car seems even slower than normal, thats why:

Overall my impression is that steady state really isn't bad but transitions seem to put this thing on its bumpstops immediately. Couple that with its ability to really transfer weight quickly and you can really pitch this thing into a drift without trying. Add to that the stock tires are just beyond the worst tire I can ever remember autocrossing on. Even 3000rpm launches at my altitude spin the tires a ways and a mild shift mid turn really upsets the car though I was sloppier than usual after driving the WRX all day. I still hate the brake pads. I ordered some Stoptech street performance pads and a Nameless Performance muffler delete from Stranoparts.com and should have fresh Star Specs before the next time I run it. Also I learned I need to lower the video camera a bit so the outside isn't so washed out. Dataacq was done with an AIM Solo and Dashware since I get asked this a lot.
