Sad that they lost their kid... BUT at the same time, it's that kid's fault for getting into street racing, so I don't feel sorry for them. Am I cold-blooded? Maybe, but billboard = bad influence to kids, it's pretty hypocritical of them for say that. While at it, they don't you say all action and war game/movie is bad influence.

Conclusion, if you're parent and can't teach your kid to be smarter, it's parent's fault for not teaching your kid to be smart.
