No room. The rear cushions are essentially padding for buckets hammered out of the sheetmetal.
If you get a small enough amp, you could remove the styrofoam at the base of the rear seatback in the trunk and hide it under the trunk floor. If you have to have a large amp, you may have to attach it to the seat back.
