Well I just installed my intake, had all the right parts, everything fit properly. Only thing I'm a little paranoid about is how close that MAF wire is to the belt, I tried moving the wire closer to the firewall like AIRAID said to do, didn't help much in my opinion, but everything looks ok after my drive. When I took the car out for a drive, probably about 10 miles, and I have had zero issues with it. I documented it all on video to show back-to-back before and after, throttle response is the same, me and my passenger both immediately noticed that the car felt faster and intake noise is a good bit louder.

I deliberately did low rpm, high gear, high load accelerations, no bogging at 1,500 rpm, car is running perfectly. This whole issue people are having is bizarre to me since it's not consistent. Couldn't be happier with the product.

I'll edit and post my review video this evening after dinner.
