Those of you who are having issues. Have you tried to disconnect the battery again for a few minutes and giving it a go again? If it, indeed, is an issue with the ECU then maybe a hard reset (battery disconnect) will help?
On a side note. I never disconnected by battery before or after I installed my intake. IMO, the ECU will continuously learn given different variables so I left the battery connected. Mine runs fine. Well more than fine.
