Yeeeeah I know but I'm annoyed at how long it's taking for me to break out of the 160's. I mean last year I was 163 so I guess 3lbs is progress =/

I thought about putting on like 5lbs of muscle but then again I don't want the added stress on my lower torso. I prefer to have lean efficient muscles then big bulky muscles and the ladies love my v-cut & 6pack.

Sorta-kinda. I'm not entirely a hardgainer, as in I can put on some serious weight but only if I dirty bulk. Clean bulking/natural bodybuilding is making it reaaaaaaaaaally hard to get the weight I need to hit my goal anytime soon. Maybe in like 5 years
For what's it worth though I've a pretty solid physique, I'd post pictures but I'll wait till we have a dedicated workout thread to do that lol.
