This is true. And I have a lot of respect for anyone that can drive manuals without a synchromesh. Double clutching FTW?

The beauty of paddle shifters is you can control the gear you're in just like the manual boys can when you want to do some spirited driving and you can also flip it in drive and enjoy a laid back commute when appropriate. It's sort-of like having the best of both worlds.
