Im sure all those wouldnt be affected by 1 blown fuse. Whats the chance of multiple fuses blown.

Reason i say period of time. To reset my celica ecu i pull the ecu fuse or disconnect battery, if engine warm need to be disconnected for longer (20-30min). If motor fully cold then 2 min. Thats what the workshop manual says.
So that's how you do a hard reboot on a car! I was holding on and off button for 10+secs , lol.jokes =P
