Also, if you are thinkiing of keeping the car for a while (lets say at least 5 years) the GTS has a lot more pieces that are likely to go wrong and will cost you more to keep.

GT is a purer car - just needs better tyres/wheels.

Its pretty much exactly what was missing for a long time - a cheap, relatively basic, fun to drive rear wheel drive car.

GTS dilutes the formula, imho.
