There's been CRAZY hype about that place. But I must say compared to Guppies Teahouse, Tea Station, Dolphin Bay, Cha for Tea, etc. The good part is the Deals:
Buy any drink and get a selection of appetizers for $1. Only if you're ordering To-Go.
(popcorn chicken is MEATY, sauce could be better)
Dine-IN deal is choose an Entree and get a free Boba Milk tea, Thai tea, and a few others.
Overall, if i were in the area crazing for boba, this would be the place.
