What don't you like about the disclaimer? I don't get your point.
At this point all we have in front of us are the prototypes. We can all speculate what the production version will and will not have and at what cost. Poll 10 people and you will get 7-8 different opinions. So the reason for that statement is to block out any subjectiveness about what the final version will look like. We have these 3 versions so we vote on these 3. No guessing what will and will not happen on the final version.
Also you start chipping away at Mk3 with what won't be included and I bet you end up much closer to Mk1.
