I am not sure if it's the install or what but my last Premier tint didn't come out well, I still see some particles and distortion after 2 years. They were using a film called IR cut, it cut the heat but didn't cut as much as the best stuff.

I don't think you need such expensive tint on a FR-S with such a small cabin. You A/C will still work great with any ceramic tint out there..

I'm getting a bra installed there though, they have a new film now no longer ventureshield, I wasn't happy with the ventureshield they were using, and every one else is using ventureshield so to avoid ventureshield I choose to go there, probably paying $100-$200 more than other shops.

Check out the Rocky mountain tint in Livermore, many references and fair prices for the ceramic formula one tint. I just got mine done there.
