Stage 2 soon or will Stage 1 work with exhaust and intake, and Can we use our own cables and adapters for PC or Android to upload the tune and can we pull it off and swap easily for warranty work? AND if we do need to change our stock flash to keep our warranty is it another $950 each time we have service done to the car that requires ECU work?

The group buy he posted includes the ecutek cable and security dongle. With it you can flash back to stock for warranty work, and then flash back to the Stage 1 afterward yourself. He's also providing free updates for his NA Stage 1 tune.
Not sure about exhaust and intake though.
