I had best intentions of clearing what is auto, what is manual, with my views. I didn't mean to get you heated about it.
I don't think Toyota and Scion would/will sell nearly as many FR-S/FT-86 without an automatic transmission option so it's a good thing you brought it up. I hope they do give it a 6 or 7 speed flappy paddle if that's the case.
