The numbers on the door and the 5m in the window look like identification, the other cars have something like that too and it looks like an autocross or something
. It doesn't look permanent either way. The pic doesn't really provide much of a view to look at the diffuser either. That's the one I noticed the most out of the 6 pics.
Fart cans = beer can exhaust. I've seen 'em like that on trucks on the lot! I don't like 'em but some people like to advertise how slow they're driving

I've seen only two Scions local that I can remember. One was a tC driven by an older gentlemen and the other was an xB sitting in the library parking lot. Both were completely stock. We've only got two Scion dealers in the state, one in Owensboro and the other in Paducah so it's not like we have a lot of Scions in the wild.
