Take your car to the dealer they can turn them off permenatly through the techstream at no cost to you took 2 minutes to do and they also changed my alarm sound and stuff and a/c around to better suit my elevation. IF they cannot turn them off they will have to order a new ecm for your car wich again will be no cost to you and toyota is more than happy to do it just tell them to turn them off there is a TSB out for them
