Personally... I think it stinks that he doesn't want to share the specs... if it was me, I would... But I can also understand his reasoning for not doing so. It s no different than a suspension tuner not wanting to share set specs or a fuel injection/ecu tuner not wanting to share their secrets. Some companies choose to be transparent, hoping that it gains them respect in the community and brings them customers... so choose not to. Respect in the community doesn't pay bills.
i dont think that you can compare this to a suspension or ECU tuner... there are a lot more different things that can be done in those areas to achieve different results... all were talking about is the offset of a set of wheels. its not something that should be a secret....
