Camber should be around -3,1°F -2,7°R with zero toe in F and 0,1 toe in R.

I ended up going with the Perrin 19mm bar set on soft. I originally had it set to stiff (2 position), but felt the car "turned better" on soft - like it set and hooked in the front better. Less initial understeer. The rear I've left stock. This is for heavy autocross use with the RCE SS-1 coilovers, 6k front and rear. The car is balanced and have had some national champs and trophy winners drive it at schools and they said the balance and feel is good, so I haven't touched it.
Generally speaking, you'll likely want something around the 18-20 range up front and either stock or just a hair over stock in the rear. A lot comes down to your spring rates, dampers, and what you want the car to do at the limit.
Note: This is all autocross related. No track experience.
