  • The Goodridge brake lines that came with my Brembo GT seem especially prone to this, as it's a slip holder rather than a fixed holder. The stainless line coating showed obvious wear. I wrapped electrical tape around it to help reduce movement and serve as a wear buffer; it's held up for a few years now, but I plan to replace them with the factory hoses when I overhaul them.
I also found the original recall notice by TRD in pdf, which corroborates this, attached
It's for this reason that I don't really care for stainless lines most of the time. They don't make that much of a difference anyway.
