Not to go off-topic in the for sale thread, but of course. It is still brand new in the box, regardless of whether the product is in stock or not. The majority of shops follow a partnership policy when you sell their brand. Shops get notified beforehand when prices start to change due to material cost, business change, etc. If you're lucky enough to catch a price that is lower than at a different shop, you can get a price match on the product, but it must be from a legitimate business.
