yes, the low beam is an H11 bulb type, so you would need an H11 compatible HID kit. the kit will come with the ballasts and everything you need to plug and play. you plug the bulb into the ignitor, ignitor into the ballast if it's not already attached, and the ballast into the car's bulb socket. i always recommend getting a 35watt kit over the 55watt, 55 is usually overkill in terms of brightness. color temp is really a personal choice. i like 6000k myself, but people usually go with a temp between 4000-5000k for a pure white looking light output.

for searches, you'll want to search for 'h11 hid kit', not just bulb.
