Had a good conversation with lads at BG help diag the issue I was having. After pulling everything apart and sending photos and video They decided to send me a new TOB. Had some theories on what was happening but nobody else has reported issues. I had an early buid and they have revised tolerances since then.
Opted to replace the front bearing cover, and grabbed a new product they just started offering. Front cover with a hard Anodized Teflon (PTFE) coating. Install probably happen in next couple of weeks.
