So i got a proactive call from my dealer friday to advise me to disregard the info on the tracker as its generally slow to update from in production to on the ship.
he confirmed my car has been completed and is waiting to be loaded on a boat.
turns out they were watching their customer's cars progress too and started to get worried when it hadn't updated to on the ship so that it would be ready for the scheduled delivery date so phoned up to find out what was going on.
gotta love having someone so on the ball
