Of course.
First go to a hardware store and purchase 2 large hose camps that wiil go over the piston.
Stop at the grocery and buy a can of beans (that is slightly larger than the piston).
Empty the can of beans and cut both ends out of the can.
Cut the can open longways.
Place the rings on the piston, cover piston with the can with rings in place and clamp down tight.
Place the piston on top of the cylinder block.
Gently pound the piston out of the can into the cylinder block using the wooden handle of a large hammer.
