You did that through the aluminum skid plate? I'm not sure what's the gap between the skid plate and the subframe rail there. There's also the steering rack slightly more to the back. If it didn't feel like you buckled anything and there were no noises when lifting, I'm guessing you're okay. Perhaps the skid plate helped distribute the load.
You can remove the skid plate (and potentially the transmission cover as well) to inspect and take photos of the rail.
