Yep, back in the day, both sexes had genitalia (as best as I can recall).
Nowdays, I'm not so sure, with all these sex changes going on. Maybe on some of the sexes, they were changed, maybe some have both, maybe some have had them removed. I haven't checked lately - no need to. All I know is that I have one pee-pee tail (although I can't see it) and it works real well to go pee, especially at night -
