So, my stock car alarm out of nowhere started going of off like someone's trying to break into it. I would disable it, and it would just turn back on sometimes, other times it would stay off and then turn on randomly again. I had to disconnect the battery until I finally pulled the horn fuses.

Any idea what could be causing this?

The battery is about 3.5 years old; I checked the voltage and it's still good. There was a lot of corrosion build up on the terminal, but I cleaned all that up and it still went into alarm mode.

Online theirs some posts about a bonnet sensor issue, but it seems that was more related to the European models, doesn't look like the hood sensor is in the same place on North American models, I couldn't even find it on mine.

The alarm hasn't turned on today as of yet with the fuses out. I worry it'll happen again randomly so I'm just trying to see if anyone else experienced this?
