Little back story.I was in The Netherlands this past August. At the hotel we were staying at I had a chicken sandwich and it had this spread that I can only describe as redish-orange,with a tomato and mild red pepper flavor. The consistency was similar to cottage cheese,but with very small curds.


Anyway,tasted amazing and wanted to see if I could find the same thing here at home.
Would you describe it more like a tapenade, chimichurri, chutney, peperonata, or romesco?
