It’s no big deal.

The picture is a bit hard to see. I would call a local shop that you are considering to work on the car, explain you have a UOA on the way, and see what they want to do. They may just ask you to wait being the UOA is already in the works as that will help with their diagnosis.

I would be surprised if this was material from break in with as many miles are on the car now. There are some places in the block it can get trapped, but not for that long.
