Here I've mocked up my red aluminum intake manifold, polished throttle body, polished fuel rails, polished coolant x-over pipe and painted and cleared engine. Next up is polishing the alternator cradle and the A/C compressor. I will also be painting the direct injector fuel rails anodized red.

I will be ordering a bunch of seals and o-rings for the installation of all the removed components...after those are installed I will put together the engine minus the red intake manifold. I'll wait until the engine is back in the car for that because I don't want to scratch it up with the engine hoist chains.













Also, I previously primered the oil pan when I primered the engine, the last pic shows the final results.



I will be building another rolling table with mounts that mate up with the engine. I need to get the engine off the stand in order to work on the Exedy clutch and flywheel.
