The return hole on the pan, when the car is filled to satisfy the dipstick, is BELOW the oil line. The dipstick reading is no longer accurate with this pan when using the return port. I ran a supercharger for 4 years with this pan with no issues but that's because Rotrex superchargers dont use engine oil so I never had this problem.

What did you end up filling to? i had the same exact issue. thought that the turbo blew.
