After so long I finally cleaned out the throttle body.

The Deposit Loss PID was initially showing at 3.7g/s, and after the cleanup the car started to idle at 2k rpm and it was likely doing so as it was still compensating for the post-cleaned throttle body.

Did a battery pull and the idle immediately settled to normal. I did a quick drive around and the Deposit Loss Flow quickly learnt its new value - 0.07g/s. With this we can finally deduce that you can use this PID to determine on how caked up the throttle body is.
