It's really hard to provide input on a question like this because it's so dependent on so many variables. Ride height, camber, where the camber is achieved, angle kit, spring diameter, tire cross section.
Best thing you could do is put your current wheels at full lock and get in there with a flash light and see where you're rubbing (or close). Then you can conceptualize moving the wheel/tire in or out from there. If you go to a lower offset, look where you might have future issues.
More positive offset = closer to the center of the car, less offset or negative offset = further out. In terms of the
offset number, think of a spacer as subtraction, not addition.

Just a guess, but with a +25 offset you'll likely rub the fender liner at a minimum.
