No it doesn't. Maybe I am just not getting enough heat into the pad so it's not doing much up top kinda like driving on a race pad on the street when it's cold.

I am not too worried and will be replacing the pads shortly anyway since I have back to back track days in the UK planned but thought it would be smart to note down my feelings.
