so the thread was mostly aimed at those people that were following but gave new people a chance to see what he was working on without having to have missed it since it was a bit buried in the original thread. and he did supply a parts list at least. Everything on the list is pretty easily obtainable and pretty clear to install if you look at the pictures...
Although I do agree that if he would have made a bit more of a clear reference(with link) back to the original thread that it'd be a lot more noob-proof, but it's not all that bad. It also explains how he made his "secret sauce" tube.

When I posted other stuff in the non-DIY, it always seems to get moved here, so that's why it originated. The pictures are worth a thousand words, and the link I provided showed the step by step instructions via pictures on how to do it as well. If you go to my web site, there is a myriad of information also which I try to provide pictures on this forum as well. This CAI is an easy install as well as the stock intake tube rubber delete which is even easier. The parts list can be Googled to get the cheapest prices.
The how-to on creating the pipes itself from raw material to finished product I probably will not provide as the average Joe doesn't have the tools or skills to do what I did.
