You keep reminding me I have to venture into pizza making. I have two different brands of 00 pizza flour. Haven't found any good pizza in Idaho, just garbage pizza like little ceasers,etc..
Restaurant scene in Idaho sucks. That's why I've had to make my own Japanese restaurant at home. I'm thinking about getting a Kamoto Joe. You can get a wok, and a pizza stone for it. My son made us a killer paella with his last time we were in Texas. They get up to 750°. A bit pricy, but very versatile.
