I can't say how well they'd hold up to track work, but I was pretty impressed with a set of Yokohama Advan Apex v601 tires on a 435 MSport.

The v601's felt every bit as good as a set of Pilot Sport 4S's in daily driving (dry and wet) and back road blasts in the mountains. On an autocross course they handled the heat and abuse from a heavy car much better than the Michelins.

Not sure you were even thinking about something higher than a 200TW tire (they are a 280), but thought I'd throw out another option.
