Clutch or engine mount noise

Hello,

I’ll be getting a video as soon as I can but it’s a hard noise to capture.

About 1k miles ago I developed a strange squealing noise that happens when I let out the clutch, but it doesn’t happen every time. It’s hard to describe the sound but it reminds me of a dog yelping with a very low pitch.

Not only does the noise happen when I take my foot off the clutch, it will also happen when I’m in any gear, around 2k rpm, and I completely let off the gas.

Is there any part of the clutch that could make a noise like this even when I’ve been in gear for a long time?

I’m thinking it could be my engine mounts. They currently have 180k on them but they seem super beefy to me so I’ve been putting off replacing them unless I know for sure something is up.

Currently have an Exedy oem style clutch kit with an oem 2017+ revised throw out bearing. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
