Yes, the place I bought my cars from work solely in repurposing previously totaled vehicles. Most of them have a nasty smell or you can see the water lines if they were actually flooded. Pull out the seatbelt all the way, a lot of places don't bother cleaning that out (or aren't cognizant of it)
