Definitely your headlight warranty, but they can't say anything about the mechanicals of other systems unless they prove that mod damaged them. Dealers can always try and give you a hard time though, a call to Scion customer support should help with that. Anyways, thats the short version of the law pertaining to warranty in the USA since the 70s.
