Keep in mind, dtc’s are symptoms, like your car saying “hey I have a headache and my stomach hurts.”
P0138 is bank one sensor 2 high voltage.
P2271 is bank one sensor 2 stuck rich.
It does sound like that sensor is bad but I would also double check the wiring and connections to make sure something didn’t cause the issue and you will have repeat issues. Remember to check wiring on both sides of the connection.
