Selling a modified car

I have a 2013 FR-S with 25k miles on it. My son and I worked on it as a project and we've since moved on to other things. I'm curious as to whether I should try to sell it as it sits or go through the pain and agony of unwinding the bolt ons it has.

Mods that I can think of:
Factory Brembos all around
18" TWS lightweight forged wheels (not TSW, the Japanese forged ones)
adjustable hotchkis sways with STB
Racecomp Engineering Coilovers
Catted UEL Header and TRD exhaust
TRD Airbox
OEM Plus speaker upgrade
Alpine Head Unit
OLM lights all around
Clean Carfax

Where I'm stuck is that so few of these cars are unmodified, so I'm not sure if they actually sell better (ie more) with mods or without? Do I put it all back to factory and sell the parts? Nashville isn't exactly a hotbed for japanese imports, so it would all have to be shipped.

Any thoughts?
