We have three (one on each floor of the house, and one in the basement) and they all seem to have suicidal tendencies.
The upstairs one on four of five days gets "stuck on a cliff" (its message) as it manages to hang a wheel over the stairs.
The one on the main floor always manages to either get stuck humping a piece of furniture, or gets itself caught under the edge of something.
The basement one, which is a different brand (the other two are Roombas) and is 15 years older than our newer ones works almost flawlessly except when it catches my desk chair and pushes it around the room (the chair is gaming chair with inline skate wheels so it rolls with very little pressure)
