The compounds listed are the ones that are plug and play, easy for anyone to use with little to no additional guidance.
There are many, many other compounds prescribed on a case by case basis, based on conversations with the person, shop, team, and car involved.
For example, the 86/BRZ has a digressive, linear, and progressive option for sprint compounds, one high performance street compound, and one endurance compound listed. There's many others that are only offered when a user has a specific characteristic they're looking for, or a specific brake behavior they desire, or perhaps have a unique need due to their aero package, etc.
Here's an example. The 5 fastest circuit supras in the world all run CSG. All 5 run a different setup. While the listed Supra compounds are similar to the BRZ, none of the 5 supras run any of the list compounds, as their brake setups have all been optimized around the data and feedback provided.
